Christine is amazing and I can't recommend her highly enough. I came to Christine exhausted from overwork and eating badly--living off of baked goods and coffee because I didn't have time to cook, and feeling tired all the time because of a lack of nutrition. Christine took the time to understand exactly what I could handle, she has given me amazing advice on how to eat well under time constraints, and has given me the most delicious recipes I have ever had. She also taught me how to make foods I never thought about making myself (kimchee, kefir, kombucha...). My body was clearly craving this change. Now I wake up every morning singing a little happy song to my delicious morning bone broth (seriously my favorite thing ever) and I have at least twice as much energy as sad-overcaffeinated me had before.
